Founding partner Chuck Martinez has a long history as a producer, director and successful entrepreneur.

Chuck produced and directed the comedy feature films Nice Girls Don't Explode for New World Pictures/Lakeshore Entertainment and the family feature film The Effects of Magic for Showtime Networks. 

In association with the La Jolla Playhouse, he produced a musical review of the works of Randy Newman titled Maybe I’m Doing It Wrong, which enjoyed a successful run at the Roxy Theater in Los Angeles.

Having built several successful businesses from the ground up, including Disguise, Inc., which grew into the world’s largest manufacturer of masquerade products, and InCharacter, a manufacturing boutique specializing in high-end fashions for Halloween, Mardi Gras and other international festivals, Chuck Martinez has been called the man who re-invented Halloween.

Teen-aged magician, publisher, director, producer and successful entrepreneur, Chuck lives in Santa Monica.
